Help Desk

We have moved to a new ticketing system for Kaushal Bharat. The new system has been implemented to ensure better communication about the status of the ticket to all stakeholders and to ensure the they are tracked and resolved on time. The old ticketing system will be available to refer old tickets but will be taken off soon once all tickets are closed. Creating new tickets will not be available with the old help desk system. Here after, you are requested to file all new issues in the new system only. Login for New System: Your login id remains same as for previous system. On your first attempt you will have to use “Forgot Password” option to set the password for the new system.

Old Help Desk

You can check the status of already reported (existing ticket) issues. Reporting new issues is no more supported in this system, please use the new Help Desk system for the same.

New Help Desk

To file a new ticket/issue use this system. Use "forgot password" using your register email id to reset the password.
